Users are strictly prohibited from selling, distributing, publishing, commercially exploiting, or misusing another user's personal information.

Although Drishti Bandhan implements access restrictions for certain profile details, we cannot guarantee that another user will not copy, save, photograph, or share information after it has been legitimately accessed.

Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are deleted or overwritten in accordance with applicable backup retention procedures.

8. Account Deletion & Data Removal

Users may request the deletion of their Drishti Bandhan account and associated personal information by emailing support@drishtibandhan.com.
To process the request, our support team may ask the user to verify their identity through their registered mobile number or email address.
Following successful verification, we will process the deletion request in accordance with applicable law and our data retention requirements.
Account deletion may result in the loss of access to membership benefits, unlocked profiles, and other account-related services.
Deleting an account does not automatically entitle the user to a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Please note that information previously accessed or saved by other users through the profile-unlocking feature may remain outside Drishti Bandhan's control.
