1. Eligibility & Registration
1. Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into marriage under the laws applicable to them.2. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and profile creation.
3. Users may register on behalf of a family member or another individual only with their knowledge and consent.
4. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any activities conducted through their accounts.
5. Drishti Bandhan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or inappropriate information.
2. Profile Creation & Information
1. Users must provide genuine personal information, photographs, marital status, educational qualifications, occupation, and other relevant details while creating their profiles.2. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information published on their profiles is accurate and does not misrepresent their identity or circumstances.
3. Users must not upload photographs or personal information belonging to another person without their consent.
4. Drishti Bandhan may review, modify, reject, or remove profiles that violate our platform policies.
5. Drishti Bandhan does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of information provided by other users. Users are encouraged to independently verify the details of prospective matches before making personal or matrimonial commitments.
3. Membership & Subscription
1. Drishti Bandhan offers paid membership plans that allow users to access additional features and unlock profiles.2. The membership fee, validity period, number of profile unlocks, and applicable benefits will be displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Users must complete the required payment to activate their selected membership.
4. Membership benefits are available only to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred to another user.
5. Unused profile unlocks or membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
6. Membership plans and their associated benefits may be revised from time to time. Any changes to an existing paid membership will be communicated to affected users where applicable.
4. Profile Unlocking & Contact Information
1. Users can browse matrimonial profiles and view the information made available under their membership plan.2. To access restricted details, including the name, contact information, or other details designated as unlockable, users must unlock the respective profile using their available membership benefits.
3. Each profile unlock will be deducted from the user's available unlock balance according to the selected membership plan.
4. Once a profile has been unlocked, the corresponding unlock benefit will be considered used and cannot be reversed or restored, except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical error has occurred.
5. Users must not share, publish, distribute, sell, or misuse the personal information obtained through unlocked profiles.
6. Profile unlocking does not guarantee that the other user will respond, accept a connection request, or agree to communicate or proceed with a matrimonial relationship.
