  • The user has not unlocked or accessed the contact details of any profile through their purchased membership or subscription.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Once a user unlocks any profile on Drishti Bandhan, the membership or subscription fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the number of profiles unlocked or the remaining membership validity.
No refund will be provided if the refund request is submitted after 7 days from the original payment date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, users must send an email to support@drishtibandhan.com within 7 days of their purchase.
The email should include the registered mobile number or email address, transaction details, date of payment, and reason for requesting the refund.
Our support team will review the request and verify refund eligibility based on the conditions mentioned above.

4. Refund Processing

Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the user's account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment service provider.

5. Cancellation of Membership

Users may request cancellation of their membership by contacting our support team. However, cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refunds will be issued only if the user meets the eligibility criteria specified in this policy.
